I was not able to call or get ahold of this company

I wanted to check on my order placed at the Cleveland home and garden show and make sure it is coming and that it has a lid that I ordered. I only have an email receipt but no tracking and cant get ahold of anyone to find out more

Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service. Tried to get a hold of the company several times by way of email and phone with no luck. My package was stolen and they refused to help. $200 dollars worth of items are missing and the company won't respond. Never buying anything from them again.

Damage pot and skillet burned

I have tried to reach out to them several times and no response from the company. These pots supposed to have a lifetime warrenty. I was give a phone number for a company representative in the US. Left message on voice mail a few times and no response.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with BergHOFF
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from BergHOFF. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them through various channels including email, voicemail, and social media, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Considering the company's size and reputation, I expected a much higher standard of customer care. To express my concerns, I even reached out to upper management on LinkedIn, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain as I received no acknowledgement or assistance. It's disheartening to realize that BergHOFF appears to prioritize making sales over maintaining a satisfactory relationship with their customers. Once they have your money, it seems they have no further interest in providing support or addressing any issues that may arise. This kind of disregard for customers is truly baffling and raises questions about how they manage to stay in business with such subpar customer service. I sincerely hope that BergHOFF reevaluates their approach and makes significant improvements in their communication and customer support processes. Overall, my experience with BergHOFF has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend them based on this lack of responsiveness and poor customer!

Can’t get in touch with anyone

The product is guaranteed for any and all damage . I have a broken lid , but can not use the pot until the lid has been replaced . I love the product . They cook so well . They are my favorites , and the fact that they are guaranteed for life makes it even better .

We have been through two of these very expensive 16 baking dishes and both of them broke in the oven at 325 degrees with our family dinner in it. Pork loin and sauerkraut. After spending an hour trying to reach a customer service representative on the phone because they would not respond to numerous email attempts with photos I was told you cannot bump it or drop it, we do no such thing. It was only being used for the 2nd time! I must admit they did replace the first one which was the same product but only used once. It had a 5 year warranty. Now they claim and their website confirms no warranty on this item. Why? They realized its a bad product and they dont want to replace. Bad customer service!
